Voyado Engage

Login and access to Engage

This article explains how to log in to Voyado Engage, reset your password, and secure your account with two-factor authentication (2FA). It also includes troubleshooting steps for common login issues.

For more detailed instructions on specific topics, follow the links in each section.

How to log in

  1. Go to https://[yourtenantname].voyado.com.
  2. Enter your email address and password.
  3. Depending on your organisation’s setup, you will either:
    • Log in directly with Engage credentials, possibly using multi-factor authentication (MFA), or
    • Use Single Sign-On (SSO) with your organisation’s identity provider (such as Microsoft Entra ID). In this case, you’ll be redirected to your corporate login page.

For more information, see Enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO).

Reset your password

  1. Click Forgot your password? on the login page.
  2. You’ll receive an email with a link to set a new password.

If you don’t receive the email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Make sure you entered the correct email address.
  3. Depending on your permission group, you may also be able to send a password reset link to another user via the Administration tab.

If your organisation uses SSO, password resets are managed by your identity provider.

Multi-factor authentication

Two-factor authentication (2FA) is designed to enhance the security of your user account. 2FA requires you to enter a one-time code from an authenticator app after logging in with your email and password.

Supported apps include:

  1. Microsoft Authenticator
  2. Google Authenticator
  3. Auth0 Guardian

The first time you enable MFA, you’ll scan a QR code or enter a setup code manually in your chosen authenticator app. You can choose to remember your device for 30 days, depending on your organisation’s security policy.

For full setup instructions, see Multi-factor authentication in Engage.

Best practices

  1. Keep your device clock set to automatic time and date, as time drift can cause authentication failures.
  2. If you change or lose your device, an administrator must reset your MFA so you can register a new authenticator.
  3. The one-time codes generated by your authenticator are only valid for one environment (e.g., production vs. staging).

Password policy

Your password should meet the following criteria:

  • Be at least 12 characters in length
  • No more than two identical characters in a row
  • Contain at least one special character (!#@$%&*)
  • Contain a mix of upper case (A-Z), lower case (a-z) letters, and numbers

Troubleshooting login

If you’re having trouble logging in, try the following:

Issue Action
New device / MFA not working Ask your administrator to reset your 2FA so you can register again.
Device remembered for 30 days but still asked for a code Use the one-time code displayed in your authenticator app.
Unexpected login errors Clear cookies and cache, or try using a private/incognito browser window.
Time-based code rejected Check that the device’s clock is set to automatic and is in sync.
