Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is designed to provide stronger security for your account, ensuring your data remains safe and secure. Here’s what you need:
- Your email address.
- An authenticator app for accessing Engage.
How authentication works
The first time you log into your Engage environment using MFA, you will need to add your Engage environment to your preferred authenticator app.
If this is your first time setting up an authenticator, you may be asked if you want to allow the app to access your camera (iOS) or allow the app to take photos and record video (Android). Allow these permissions so that your phone can take an image of the QR code presented in the next step.
It is important that the clock on your device is in sync, hence best if the clock is set to automatic date and time.
