What is it? A modern and powerful editor for email creation and sendout management.
Why do I need it? This major overhaul of email creation and management in Engage introduces a host of modern features, such as integrated multimarket support, reusable module libraries and much else. Design Studio allows the user to quickly create and iterate their own email designs and manage how and when they are sent. Improvements and new features are being continually added.

What is it? The syncing of audience data from Engage directly to TikTok.
Why do I need it? This feature makes it easier to run more targeted campaigns on one of the world’s fastest-growing platforms. The streamlined workflow eliminates manual file uploads, and campaigns can be kept fresh and relevant with real-time audience data.

Shopify app disabled on invalid API key
What is it? The Shopify app will disable itself when an invalid or deleted API key is encountered.
Why do I need it? Previously, if a customer’s API key was revoked (for example, after they churn), the app would remain active and need to be manually uninstalled. Now the app automatically disables itself when it encounters an invalid or deleted API key. To resume syncing of data, merchants just need to reconnect the app with a valid API key.
Skipping customers without email in POS orders
What is it? Automatic filtering out of customers without a valid email address.
Why do I need it? POS orders that include a customer who doesn't have an email address previously caused an error during sync. These cases are now filtered out, preventing the error.
Improved handling of refunds for unfulfilled orders
What is it? Alignment of refund behavior with the expected syncing logic
Why do I need it? The error when syncing a refund for an order that had not yet reached the receipt-sync stage has been addressed. Now if the receipt-sync stage is set to "Fulfilled" the app will ignore the refund until the order becomes fulfilled. If you have chosen "Unfulfilled" as the receipt-sync stage then the app will sync the refund immediately.
Fallback store optional in store-to-country mapping
What is it? Syncing of customer's data will work even without a link to a specific Engage store
Why do I need it? A customer's data will now sync correctly even without a link to a specific Engage store. In this case, the “Recruited in store” field will be left empty instead of blocking the sync. Note that if no fallback store is set, orders from unmapped countries won’t sync so be sure to map all shipping countries or else define a fallback store to avoid missing data.

What is it? A customer’s promotions and reward vouchers from Engage are now available to use directly in their Shopify Plus checkout.
Why do I need it? This feature, powered by Engage's segmentation, will boost conversion by prompting shoppers to use their promotions / vouchers at checkout. This feature requires Shopify Plus, and promotion/voucher sync must be enabled in the Voyado Engage Shopify app. You can configure in the app if this feature works for all users or just for logged in users.

Back-in-stock notifications through Shopify
What is it? A top-performing Engage feature that is now generally available and easily accessible through your Voyado Engage Shopify app.
Why do I need it? Shoppers on your Shopify store can now subscribe to restock alerts for products. An email is sent automatically from Engage whenever the stock is updated. Set-up in Shopify is easy, using an app block, with no extra work needed. Available to all Shopify users.

Why do I need it? Stock changes in your Centra installation can trigger automations in Engage, allowing you to notify customers when an item they subscribed to is back in stock. It uses the standard back-in-stock automation trigger in Engage, like any other integration.

GraphQL in the Shopify app
What is it? A new way for the Voyado Engage app for Shopify to communicate with Shopify.
Why do I need it? GraphQL is a flexible, fast and modern way to retrieve data from an API, allowing faster syncing and smaller data loads, putting the app in line with Shopify’s standards. You will need to go into Shopify and update your Voyado Engage app before April 1st to avoid any issues.

Order segmentation
What is it? Improved support for order information in targeting and on the contact view.
Why do I need it? Order information can now be analyzed, segmented, used to start an automation, and to personalize send-outs. Customers with ongoing orders can be identified and either targeted or excluded from send-outs if, for example, they are already in the order flow for a certain product.

Birthday trigger calculation
What is it? Engage users can now decide when birthday automations for their contacts are triggered.
Why do I need it? Previously Engage picked the time when all contacts having a birthday on a certain day would receive send outs from birthday automations. This could not be controlled by the user. Now however that time can be set when the birthday automation is built, allowing greater flexibility.

Pausing entry to automation
What is it? A way to prevent users from entering a certain automation during a specified time, effectively “pausing” that automation trigger.
Why do I need it? This allows you to block entry to an automation without having to delete that automation entirely and rebuild it when you need it again, which is a great timesaver. Contacts already in a paused automation will continue through it as before, but new contacts will not be added until the “pause” is lifted.

App push notification solution
What is it? Engage can integrate with OneSignal to send personalized communication to the customer’s device.
Why do I need it? The integration between Engage and OneSignal reduces complexity by moving segmentation, scheduling and automated messaging to Engage. With all outbound messaging in a single platform, marketers can create relevant, timely notifications in a channel that’s hard to ignore, encouraging interactions.
