The calendar gives you one place to see every send-out you've scheduled across email, SMS, and Wallet push, day by day and week by week.
Instead of piecing schedules together manually, you can spot overlapping campaigns before they reach your customers and plan new send-outs with the full picture in view.
What you can see
The calendar shows all your upcoming send-outs in one view, so you can coordinate communication across channels instead of checking each one separately. You can see what's scheduled for a specific day or get an overview of a whole month, which makes it easier to catch potential clashes early and avoid sending too many messages to the same customers in a short time.
The calendar currently includes email, SMS, and Wallet push. We'll add more channels over time.
Viewing the calendar
You'll find the calendar under Messages.
Use Month and List to switch between a monthly overview and a list of send-outs. Use the arrows to move to the previous or next month, or select Today to jump back to the current date.
Each day shows the send-outs scheduled for it. If there are more than a few, select "+ more" to see the rest.
See what's scheduled for a day
Select any day in the calendar to open a detailed view of everything scheduled for it, grouped by channel with the sendout details for each variant
