Connected recommendations let you choose which product image to display for each recommended item. By default, images are ordered according to the image ranking in your Elevate default settings, but you can change this in Config Hub.
By default, the order of available product images in Connected recommendations is based on the image ranking configured in the default settings in Elevate. You can then choose which image from this ordered set to display in your recommendation.
If you instead want to use the raw image order from the Elevate product feed, you can enable this using the image prioritisation toggle in Config Hub.
Using the raw image order can be useful when the hover effect in Elevate is set to Swap image on hover. With this setting, Elevate only provides the two images used for the swap effect, which may limit the images available for selection in Connected recommendations.
