Widgets are the building blocks of your Engage dashboard. Add them from the dashboard editor, give each one a name, set your filters, and arrange them however works best for you. See Customize your dashboards for how to build and manage your dashboards.
Common widget settings
Most widgets share the same core settings. These are explained once here. Individual widget sections below only mention settings that differ or are unique.
Title
A free-text label you choose. Give each widget a name that reflects what it shows, especially if you use the same widget type more than once with different filters.
Days
The time window for the data. Defaults to the last 30 days unless otherwise noted.
Contact type
Filter by one or more contact types. Defaults to all contact types.
Country
Filter by one or more countries. Defaults to all countries.
Target audience
Filter by a saved audience segment. No filter is applied by default.
Note: This filters to contacts currently in that audience and shows their current stats.
Purchases and revenue
Articles per purchase chart widget
Shows a graph of the average number of articles bought per purchase over time.
Data source: Receipts and transactions.
Settings: Title, Days, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
Articles per purchase overview widget
Shows a single summary figure for average articles per purchase, with a trend arrow comparing to the previous period.
Data source: Receipts and transactions.
Settings: Title, Days, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
Average purchases per contact chart widget
Shows a graph of the average number of purchases made per contact over time.
Data source: Receipts and transactions.

Average receipt diagram widget
Shows a graph of the average receipt value over time.

Average receipt overview widget

Purchases per contact overview widget
Shows a summary figure for the number of purchases made per contact within the selected period.

Number of purchasing customers overview widget
Shows a summary count of unique contacts who made a purchase within the selected period.
Data source: Receipts and transactions.
Settings: Title, Days, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
Revenue chart widget
Shows a graph of revenue generated over time.
Data source: Receipts and transactions.
Settings: Title, Days, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
Revenue overview widget
Shows a summary figure for total revenue within the selected period.
Data source: Receipts and transactions.
Settings: Title, Days, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
Attributed revenue diagram widget
Shows a graphical diagram of attributed revenue based on your chosen attribution settings.
Data source: Message statistics and receipts.
Unique settings:
- Period – Choose the time period for attributed revenue data. Defaults to the current month.
- Attribution setting – Define the time window for the attribution calculation.
- Attribution model – Select the model used to assign revenue credit across send-outs.
Attributed revenue overview widget
Shows a summary of attributed revenue based on your chosen attribution settings.
Data source: Message statistics and receipts.
Unique settings:
- Period – Choose the time period for attributed revenue data. Defaults to the current month.
- Attribution setting – Define the time window for the attribution calculation.
- Attribution model – Select the model used to assign revenue credit across send-outs.
- Store type – Filter by Physical store, E-com, or both.
- Channel – Filter by Email, SMS, or both.
Purchasing contacts by store type overview widget
Shows the percentage share of purchasing contacts over the last 12 months, broken down by store type or sales channel.
Data source: Receipts, stores, and transactions.
Unique settings:
- Sales channel – Select the store type or sales channel to filter by. This replaces the standard Country and Target Audience settings.
- Contact Type, Country, and Target Audience are also available.
Contacts and audiences
New contacts overview widget
Shows a summary count of newly acquired contacts within the selected period.
Data source: Contact base.
Settings: Title, Days, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
Number of new contacts per day widget
Shows a graph of how many new contacts were acquired each day within the selected period.
Data source: Contact base.
Settings: Title, Days, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
New contacts chart, rolling value over time widget
Shows a chart of new contact recruitment as a rolling value over time. The Days setting controls both the rolling window and the historical horizon shown in the graph.
For example, selecting 30 days shows how many contacts were recruited in any rolling 30-day period, plotted over the last 30 days.

Number of contacts chart widget
Shows a graph of total contact count over time.
Data source: Contact base.

Number of contacts overview widget
Shows a summary count of total contacts within the selected period.

Settings: Title, Days, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
Reachable contacts chart widget
Shows a graph of the number of contacts reachable via your active channels, based on their subscription status.
Data source: Contact subscription data.
Settings: Title, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.
Note: No Days setting is available.
Customer base lifecycle audience overview widget
Shows the number of contacts in a selected lifecycle audience and their reachability.
Data source: Receipts and contact subscription data.
Unique settings:
- Lifecycle audience – Choose the lifecycle audience segment to focus on.
- Contact Type and Country are also available.
Note: No Days or Target Audience setting is available.
Financial lifecycle audience overview widget
Shows a purchase summary for a selected lifecycle audience.
Data source: Receipts and transactions.
Unique settings:
- Lifecycle audience – Choose the lifecycle audience segment to focus on.
- Contact Type and Country are also available.
Note: No Days or Target Audience setting is available.
Lifecycle audience distribution chart widget
Shows a chart of how contacts are distributed across different lifecycle stages.
Data source: Receipts and transactions.
Unique settings:
- Contact Type and Country only.
Note: No Days or Target Audience setting is available.
Email and subscriptions
Email open rate last 30 days overview widget
Shows the email open rate for the last 30 days. Covers all email types including automations, transactional emails, and standard send-outs.
The time window is fixed at 30 days and cannot be adjusted.
Data source: Message statistics.
Settings: Title, Contact Type, Country, Target Audience.

Shows the email click rate for the last 30 days. Covers all email types including automations, transactional emails, and standard send-outs.

Ranks the top 10 stores by purchase count.
The time window is fixed and this widget has no Days setting.

Ranks the top 10 stores by revenue generated in the last 6 months.
