Points can be adjusted manually on a contact´s contact card. These adjustment can be made directly within the Reward Points overview.
Add points adjustment
Using the Add Points Adjustment button, you can set a positive or negative point adjustment. We recommend adding a description to clarify the reason for the adjustment. The date, point change, adjustment type, description and the user who made the adjustment will be displayed in the Reward Points overview.
Bulk point adjustments for a group of contacts can be made through an automation.
