The automation lists display all your automations in one place. From here, you can quickly understand their status, activity, and performance.
Automations are grouped into different lists depending on their current state: Draft, Active, Finishing, or Archived.
You can use sorting and filtering options to find specific automations or organize them based on your needs.
Each automation is presented with key information. These dates and numbers help you get a quick understanding of how your automations are performing and where attention might be needed.
- Name: The name of the automation
- State: The current status of the automation
- Created date: The date when the automation was created
- Last modified date: The date the last changes were made
- Latest completed date: The date the last contact completed the automation
Activation date: The date when the automation was activated
This date is only shown for automations activated or deactivated after 2020-11-03. Automations created before this will only show the Last completed date.
Deactivation or end date: The date the automation was deactivated
This date is only shown for automations activated or deactivated after 2020-11-03. Automations created before this will only show the Last completed date.
There are also columns showing the number of completed and currently active contacts, as well as how many versions there are of the automation.
