Share preview links let you easily generate and share a view of your message directly from Design Studio. This makes it simple to collaborate with colleagues, review content, or get approvals without needing platform access. You can choose between a live version that reflects ongoing updates or a static snapshot of the message at a specific point in time. This flexibility helps you control exactly what your stakeholders see.

Setting it up

1. Open your message in Design Studio.
2. Click the Share preview link icon in the top-right toolbar.
3. Choose between the Live or Snapshot tab.
4. Copy the link or scan the QR code to open it on your phone.

How it works

When you create a share preview link, you generate a publicly accessible version of your message. This allows anyone with the link to view the message without logging in.

There are two types of preview links:

• Live: Displays the latest saved version of the message. Any updates you make are automatically reflected in the shared link. This is useful when you are still iterating and want continuous feedback or want to see the message on your phone screen.
• Snapshot: Captures a fixed version of the message exactly as it appeared when the link was created. This is useful for approvals or documentation where consistency is important.
