The Automation Revenue Dashboard gives you a clear overview of the revenue generated by your automations directly in Voyado Engage. It is displayed at the top of the Automations page, above your list of active automations. With flexible attribution settings and date selection, you can analyze performance over time and compare results between periods.
Prerequisites
To use the Automation Revenue Dashboard, you need:
• Access to the Automation module in Voyado Engage
• Reciept data available in your account
If revenue data is not visible, contact your Customer Manager or Support to verify your setup.
How it works
The Automation Revenue Dashboard displays aggregated revenue generated by your automations within a selected time period.
You can access historical data up to 13 months back in time. It is not possible to view revenue data older than 13 months.
The dashboard includes:
• Total revenue from automations
• A visual graph showing revenue development over time
• Attribution model selection
• Attribution window selection
• Custom date range selection
• Period comparison functionality
In this version, revenue is shown on an aggregated level across all automations. It does not yet provide a breakdown per individual automation or per message within an automation.
Attribution models
You can choose how revenue should be attributed to your automations. The available models are:
• Last received
• Open
• Last click
The selected attribution model determines which interaction is credited for the purchase.
Attribution window
You can define the attribution window as one, three, or seven days. This setting controls how long after a message interaction a purchase can be attributed to the automation.
Date range
You can define a custom date range using the From and To date selectors. The dashboard will display revenue generated during the selected time period, within the available 13-month data window.
This allows you to analyze specific campaigns, seasonal peaks, or performance during a defined business period.
Compare with another period
You can enable the compare period option to evaluate performance against a different time frame. After activating the comparison, select the second period you want to compare with.
This helps you identify trends, measure growth or decline, and evaluate the impact of recent changes to your automation strategy.
