Welcome to a new way of working with data in Voyado Engage! Team Intelligence has designed a completely new Analytics experience that brings your analytics together in one place, using a consistent structure, clear metric definitions, and flexible ways to filter and compare data across your business. The new analytics experience will help you understand what’s happening faster, explore your data from more angles, and feel confident when turning insights into action.
Why we’re introducing a new Analytics experience
The goal of the redesign has been to make it easer to work with analytics data in Voyado. The focus is on consistency, transparency, and flexibility—so you can understand what’s happening, explore different perspectives, and act on your insights.
Consistency
The new Analytics experience uses a shared structure across analytics areas. Metrics, layouts, and interactions follow the same patterns, making it easier for you to move between different views and understand what you’re looking at. Read more about How to work with the new analytics interface
Transparency
The new Analytics experience is built on a consolidated analytics foundation. Metrics are defined and calculated in a shared way across the experience, helping ensure that results are easier to interpret and compare.
You may notice differences between analytics data in the new experience and data from earlier reports. To understand why this can happen and how to interpret those differences, see Understanding differences between analytics data.
Flexibility
The new Analytics experience is designed to give you more flexibility when analyzing data. It includes:
- Flexible date ranges and period-over-period comparisons
- A familiar filter experience across analytics areas
- The ability to analyze data from different perspectives within the same experience by choosing different modes
These improvements are intended to help you adapt analytics views to different questions and use cases without switching between multiple reports.
How the Analytics experience is structured
The new Analytics experience is organized around analytics themes, such as communication, sales, and customer base. Across all themes, the experience follows the same structure:
- A clear header that shows what you’re viewing
- A mode selector that lets you switch between different ways of viewing the data
- A shared filter bar that applies consistently across view
A common pattern: activity, performance, and impact
The Analytics experience uses a consistent way of structuring insights:
- Activity—what happened, such as messages sent or purchases made
- Performance—how that activity performed, for example engagement or conversion
- Impact—the outcome of that performance, including financial results
This pattern is used across analytics areas to help you understand not only the numbers themselves, but how they relate to each other.

During rollout, you may see both existing reports and the new Analytics experience. Because the underlying analytics foundation has been updated, some values may differ between the two. These differences are expected and are explained in How the new Analytics experience differs from legacy Reports
