Schedule activation and deactivation of automations

What is it? You can now schedule start, activation, pause, and deactivation for entire automations. This gives you control over when an automation should run without needing to manage it manually in real time.

Why do I need it? Scheduling helps you plan campaigns in advance and ensures automations activate and stop exactly when intended, even outside working hours. It reduces operational stress during launches, weekends, or time-limited promotions, and lowers the risk of human error caused by manual changes.

New webhooks added

What is it? Webhooks for syncing of contact data, changes to consents and assignment of promotions.

Why do I need it? These new webhooks allow you keep your customer and loyalty data always relevant and updated without the need to poll Engage for changes.

New analytics experience

What is it? The new analytics experience offers a structured way to analyze how all your communication is performing across channels, manual campaigns and automations.

Why do I need it? With the Communication dashboard, you can easily see how your communications perform over time, across audiences, and within different flows. Using flexible filters and tailored views, you’re able to follow sendout performance, optimize timing, and make more informed decisions.

What is it? A way to preview your message directly from Design Studio, so others can review it without platform access. Choose between a live version that updates automatically or a static snapshot of the message at a specific point in time. You can also scan a QR code and see how the message looks on your phone screen.

Why do I need it? This makes it easier for you to collaborate with colleagues, collect feedback, and get approvals without requiring access to the platform.

Automations performance dashboard, step 1

What is it? The Automation Performance dashboard introduces aggregated revenue reporting for automations. In this first version, you get a unified overview of the total revenue generated by your automations in one place.

Why do I need it? You can now understand the overall revenue impact of your automation efforts directly in the platform. This gives you better visibility into performance, helps you justify ROI, and supports more data-driven decisions when reviewing your automation strategy.

This is the first step in a broader performance initiative. In the next phase, you’ll be able to analyze revenue at automation level, and later drill down to individual messages within each automation.

Automations: Opt-in/Opt-out functionality

What is it? We’ve introduced a new Opt-in/Opt-out activity that you can use directly in your automations to manage channel subscriptions. It allows you to update a customer’s subscription status for a specific channel as part of a flow.

Why do I need it? This makes it easier to manage channel subscription changes automatically and ensures that customer preferences are respected in real time. You can build more flexible and compliant communication flows, reduce manual handling of subscription updates, and create a smoother customer experience.

Design studio: Dynamic data visibility

What is it? New icons in the overview now show when an element has a data source, a repeater, or a display condition.

Why do I need it? You can quickly see which elements include logic without opening each element’s settings. This makes it easier to understand existing modules and helps you avoid mistakes when editing or troubleshooting.

What is it? Bonnie is your central AI agent in Voyado Engage, designed to bring all AI-powered features together into one seamless experience. Available at any time through a floating button, Bonnie helps you navigate the platform, answer questions, and initiate AI-driven processes directly within your workflow.

Bonnie is an add-on.

Why do I need it? Bonnie is an AI companion with deep retail expertise, ready to support you with strategy, documentation queries, tactics, and hands-on actions. It helps you get more value out of Engage by providing best-practice guidance, explaining how features work, and creating automation flows for you. As you continue working with Bonnie, it becomes a trusted assistant you can return to over time, making it easier to delegate tasks and work more efficiently in Voyado Engage.

Design studio: A/B testing of sendouts

What is it? We’ve added A/B testing to the new Design Studio, allowing you to create and test two different variants within the same message.

Why do I need it? You can now experiment with different layouts, content, or calls to action, and more, to see what resonates best with your audience. This helps you optimize performance based on real data, increase engagement, and make more informed design decisions directly within Engage.

Automations: New trigger when a contact accepts email/SMS

What is it? We’re introducing a new trigger in Engage that fires when a contact’s communication preference, opt-in or opt-out status, is updated. This allows you to automatically act the moment a contact’s consent changes.

Why do I need it? You can now build automation flows that respond instantly to opt-in or opt-out updates, e.g. when a contact starts subscribing, or unsubscribes to certain types of messages. Use it to automatically start sending confirmation messages, starting onboarding journeys, or stopping ongoing communication. This strengthens your consent management processes and supports compliant communication handling without relying on external integrations or manual imports.

Transfer Team modules between Engage tenants and environments

What is it?  You can now transfer team modules between Engage environments by exporting a module from one instance and importing it into another, directly from the Design Studio team library. This makes it possible to move modules between test, staging, and production environments with minimal effort.

Why do I need it? This feature helps you keep message design consistent when you work with multiple Engage instances. It reduces duplicate design work, supports a smoother workflow between environments, and makes it easier to manage and maintain shared modules across your organisation.

Design Studio improvements

What is it? Some new functions for the Design Studio to simplify your message layouting. 

Why do I need it? You can now add allowed elements in or beside another element directly in the canvas via a menu button (+). The show/hide element button is also more accessible on the toolbar.

Delta Share delete pattern

What is it? A _change_type value for Delta Share named “delete”.

Why do I need it? A delete record will now be generated for any row where the import_date_time is older than 30 days. This serves as a technical log entry indicating that the row will be removed.

Birthday automations in Shopify

What is it? The possibility to collect customer birthdays via Shopify and sync them to Engage. 

Why do I need it? Customer's birthday data can now be stored as a Shopify customer meta-field and used with the "Contacts birthday" trigger to send personalized birthday messages, offers and rewards.
