This integration enables the enrichment of contact profiles in Voyado Engage. The enrichment is based on customer interactions with a product finder provided by Crobox. It allows for seamless syncing of user responses, creation or updating of contacts, and personalization of follow-up communication.
Setup and configuration in Engage
- Your Voyado team needs to enable interactions. Once you have contacted your contact person at Voyado, they will ensure you get assigned a representative who will help you with the implementation.
- Define which datapoints you wish to use in Engage through the Crobox integration. This will be discussed together with Crobox and Voyado, to create a setup tailored to your needs.
- Create API key. We recommend that you do this yourself through "Configure Engage" if you have permission for it set up in Engage. This permission is usually connected to the permission group "Configurator" in Engage.
- Provide client id to Crobox. It's the tenantname in the URL: tenantname.voyado.com
Setup and configuration in Crobox
Please contact the team at Crobox if you have any questions related to the setup first. This section is not connected to configuration from a Voyado representative, it is here to give you context.
A standard webhook integration has been created for any client to use. Here the interaction schema id from the Voyado environment can be set, together with the client_id and API key. Here is an overview of what the interface looks like in Crobox.
In the finder setup, map questions, product properties and other custom properties to the Voyado interaction schema's fields. Your contact will be enriched with the answers given in the finder, what products were advised (url, images, benefits, or any other product property), and in what language the visitor was engaging.
Personalize content from product finder in Engage
In order to add content from the product finder, use the schema ID like this:
[[croboxproductfinder.XXXXX]]
Replace the X:s with the ID set in "property key" in Crobox. More examples can be found in this article.
