Unsubscribe page

Every email your contacts receive should provide the option to unsubscribe (opt out). This ensures that your communication remains welcome, relevant, and compliant with privacy regulations. Usually, the unsubscribe link is placed in the footer. When a contact clicks the link, they are redirected to a dedicated Unsubscribe page. 

By default, the page contains only the confirmation message. The text on the page is available in multiple languages, and it will use the language set in your browser. If a translation is not available for your selected language, the default language will be English.

It is possible to customize this page, for example by adding your company's logo. Reach out to Voyado Support if you would like to do this. 

If you want to give your contacts the option to take a break and continue receiving emails later, you can use a pause feature and choose for how many days the emails should be paused – the standard is 30 days. Contact your Account Manager if you want to enable this feature. 

If you want to customize the text on the page, feel free to send your preferred copy to Voyado Support. Note that custom text will only be shown in one language and will not automatically update based on browser settings.
