Every email your contacts receive should provide the option to unsubscribe (opt out). This ensures that your communication remains welcome, relevant, and compliant with privacy regulations.
Usually, the unsubscribe link is placed in the footer. When a contact clicks the link, they are redirected to a dedicated Unsubscribe page.
By default, this page contains only the confirmation message. The text on the page is available in multiple languages, and it will use the language set in your browser. If a translation is not available for your selected language, the default language will be English.
This page can be customized to match your brand, for example by adding your company logo.
You can also customize the text displayed on the page. Please note that custom text is shown in a single language only and will not automatically adapt to the visitor's browser language settings.

If you want to give your contacts the option to take a break and continue receiving emails later, you can use a pause feature and choose for how many days the emails should be paused. The standard is 30 days. If you wish to enable this you can do it through Config Hub.
