Are you new to Engage? Whether you are a new customer or a new employee working in Voyado Engage, we have a training platform with several courses designed to help you get you up to speed fast!
Our Voyado Academy is hosted at https://voyadoacademy.learnster.com/ and you can request access directly through the link (you will usually get access within 1 business day), or contact your Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, or our Customer Support and ask them to give you access. After you’re granted access, you will be sent an invite via email to create a password that you can use to login any time you need to. Your progress through any courses will be saved and displayed on the front page.
What courses should I start with?
The course choices will depend a little bit on how you work with Engage. We recommend you start with the course Certified Engage User to get an overview understanding of the platform, and then pick extension courses based on your work area.
If you are not sure what courses to take after you complete Certified Engage User, reach out to your CSM or Voyado contact for further guidance.
