Role based access via Permission groups

Permission Groups in Voyado Engage allow administrators to control access for different users based on their roles and responsibilities. By assigning users to specific groups, you can ensure that only authorized personnel have access to particular sections and features in the platform.

This functionality is especially useful when different teams — such as marketing, support, or IT — require different levels of access.

Key Functionality

  • Define which sections each group of administrators can access in the platform.
  • Restrict sensitive functions (like editing automation flows or accessing customer data) to specific groups.
  • Assign different capabilities to team members based on their responsibilities.

For example:

  • A first-line support group might only have access to the Contacts section.
  • A marketing team group might have access to Reports, Targeting, and Automations.
