How to use

Once your leads are in Voyado, you can do the following:

Trigger welcome flows

Send an automatic email or SMS welcome.

Confirm their opt-in and start building user journeys.

Segment smartly

Split the leads depending on campaign, consent, interest, etc.

For example. everyone who came from a specific campaign can get a unique message.

Create automations

For example. “If new contact comes from Facebook Lead Ad → Send welcome email day 1 → Discount reminder day 3 → Ask about preferences day 5”

Follow up & measure conversion

Track how many of your leads make purchases, open emails, click, etc.

Optimize your ads based on this.

Tips for best effect

Tag leads based on which campaign/form they come from:

  • This can be done either by using labels, or with a custom source field in Engage that is mapped in the configuration area

Make sure you sync consent correctly; this is especially important for SMS.

Use personal feeds immediately after the leads come in – the "golden hour" is often decisive.
