Revenue overview dashboard v.1

The Revenue overview dashboard provides a structured overview of key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and revenue insights.

The dashboard includes:

  • A non-editable, standardized view.
  • Persistent filters that remain saved until the next login.
  • Insights into revenue trends and attribution.

Who can access the dashboard?

The dashboard is available for:

  • Central Admin – Has access to all stores in Voyado.
  • Super Admin – Has full access to all stores and special tools in Voyado.

Dashboard filters

The dashboard includes filters that allow users to customize data views.

You cannot look at dates in the future.

Time period filter

The period filter enables users to select a date range for the displayed data:

  • This week
  • Last week
  • This month
  • Last month
  • This quarter
  • Last quarter
  • This year (YTD)
  • Last 365 days
  • Custom period

Comparison period

The Compare to filter allows users to compare the selected time period against:

  • Previous period
    • This means the same time range that you have chosen but in the period right before this.
    • Example:
      • If you choose to look at January, previous period would be December.
      • If you choose to look at week 10, previous period would be week 9.
  • Previous year
    • This means that you will compare the numbers to the same period, but the year before.
    • Example:
      • If you choose to look at January 2025, previous period would be January 2024.
      • If you choose to look at week 10 2025, previous period would be week 10 2024.
  • Custom period
    • Here you can be flexible in your comparison period, for example, if you want to compare Black Week 2024 to Black Week 2023, a period that occurs during different dates each year.
    • The custom period is set in the calendar.

Key performance indicators (KPIs) in the dashboard

The dashboard contains two main KPI sections:

1. Revenue breakdown

  • Total identified revenue – Total gross revenue in the selected period from all receipts, including returns. This sum is based on all purchases that come from identified contacts, thereby "Total identified revenue".
  • Contacts who Purchased – Number of unique contacts who made one or more purchases during the period.
    • Contacts that only made a return in the period are not included.
  • Total Contacts – Total number of contacts (all contact types) on the last day of the chosen period.
  • Purchases per Customer – The number of purchases divided by the number of purchasing customers.

  • Average Purchase Value – The sum of gross revenue from all receipts in the period, divided by the total amount of purchases in the period.
  • Average Revenue per Customer – Average purchase per customer multiplied by the average transaction value.

2. Attribution breakdown

All revenue attributed in this section is based on the revenue in the chosen period and how much you can attribute to different channels. (This can thereby differ towards channel specific reports, like automation statistics or message delivery statistics where you look at all sendouts in the period, and connect how much revenue can be connected to these sendouts.

  • Total attributed revenue – Revenue attributed based on the selected attribution strategy for both email and SMS. One purchase is only included once. Note that transactional emails such as abandon cart and back in stock is not included!
  • Automations - Email
    • Revenue attributed to automation emails.
    • Number of automation emails sent.
    • Revenue per automation email sent.
  • Automations - SMS
    • Revenue attributed to automation SMS.
    • Number of automation SMS sent.
    • Revenue per automation SMS sent.
  • Manual - Email

    • Revenue per manual email sent.
  • Manual - SMS
