Voyado Engage

What it means when a feature is in beta

New or updated features in Engage will often go through a beta stage, and be marked as such.

When a feature is in beta, this means that it might at any time be changed, withdrawn from your account, or become part of a paid add-on module. Users might experience interruptions of this service, degradation of user experience or faulty behavior even in critical processes such as automations or send outs. Basically, anything could happen during a feature's beta phase.

Beta features can and should be tried out, but be aware that you should not build business critical logic on beta features in Engage. Only when a feature reaches its full release and is no longer tagged as beta can you trust it to function as it should without breaking changes.
