Do you need help with which buttons to click and in what order? Do you wonder where to find specific information or functions? Maybe you need to troubleshoot integrations or data that you don't quite understand? Do not fret, our Customer Support is here to help!

You can register tickets through our Help Center. If you log in, we’ll also provide an overview of all your registered tickets and their status.

Please read our article about best practices for support requests before you submit a request. 

Our Customer Support will work to help you Monday through Friday, 09:00–17:00 (CET/CEST). On Swedish holidays we will take some time off to reload.
