Voyado processes personal data in accordance with the Data Processing Agreement (the “DPA”) entered into between us. The DPA contains general information on processing activities in Voyado Engage.

Customer’s use of the Extended AI Component entails additional processing of personal data by the Supplier, as further described below. The personal data may be used for, e.g., AI-assisted reports, AI-assisted targeting and AI-assisted content generation.

The AI functionalities are designed to support the Authorized User's analysis, targeting and content creation. The AI does not carry out automated decision-making within the meaning of Article 22 of the GDPR; all actions and decisions in the Product based on AI-generated output are controlled by the Authorised User (human-in-the-loop).

Bonnie AI

The AI-powered assistant Bonnie enables users to interact with the Product through a conversational interface. The assistant may access and process personal data in the Product or input provided by the user to provide guidance, answer questions and support the user’s use of the Product, such as creating audience segments, configuring automation workflows and generating content drafts. Any actions in the Product based on the assistant’s output, such as creating audience segments or automations, are initiated and controlled by the user.

Insights with AI (AI-assisted reports) - BETA

Voyado's AI chat assistant helps you understand KPIs and reports. When you use our AI-assisted insights functionality, Voyado will process personal data, such as the user ID, timestamp and any personal data that you enter into the Product (chat history). This data will be stored for 14 days from the time of interaction with the AI chat assistant.

Product affinity (AI-assisted targeting)

AI helps you get the right segments for product marketing. When using this AI-assisted targeting functionality, Voyado will process personal data regarding purchases in accordance with the DPA.

Purchase personas (AI-assisted targeting)

AI helps you prepare groups based on how recent (R), how frequent (F) and how much money (M) was involved in the purchase. When using this AI-assisted targeting functionality, Voyado will process the personal data categories set out in the DPA.

Churn prediction audiences (AI-assisted targeting)

AI prepares pre-packaged groups of people corresponding to specific intervals of Voyado’s predictive scoring of Contacts in regards to their churn risk. When using this AI-assisted targeting functionality, Voyado will process the personal data categories set out in the DPA.

AI-assisted SMS creation

Use AI to generate short SMS messages that sell. When using AI-assisted SMS creation, Voyado will process any personal data that you insert into the Product.

AI-assisted subject lines and A/B testing

Get help in generating variants of your subject line and A/B test more often. When using Voyado's AI-assisted subject lines and A/B testing, we will process any personal data that you insert into the Product.
