To communicate from a Staging environment, the specific email address or phone number you want to reach must be added to the allowlist in Engage.

Follow these steps to add people to the allowlists.

1. Go to Administration and choose Allowlist.

2. Select Allowlist-Email or Allowlist-SMS.

3. Click Add in the upper right corner.

4. Add up to 10 email addresses/phone numbers at once using comma separation: "address1@mail.com, address2@mail.com or +46798765432, +46712345678" etc.

5. Click Save. To remove an email address or phone number, hover over it in the list and click the trashcan icon on the right, as shown here:
