Usage summary

The Usage summary overview is an easy way to keep track of all your sent SMS and email messages and the usage of volume services.

Head into the Administration tab in Voyado, click Usage, and you will find the Summary tab covering your User and Volume Services summaries. The numbers are displayed month per month.

How to read the overview

 

Usage

Countries

The number of countries connected to your stores.

Stores

The number of active stores in your Engagesetup.

Contacts

The total number of contacts in your Engage setup, including verified and not verified contacts and members.

 

Users

Admins

The number of users with total access to the Engage setup, but not access to the customer support.

Super users

The number of users with total access to the Engage setup and customer support.

Local users

The number of users with access to specific stores.

 

Volume services

Email sent

The total number of sent email messages, including system sendouts, manual sent, and email messages sent through marketing automation.

SMS sent

The total number of sent SMS messages, including system sendouts, manual sendouts, SMS with mobile Swipes, and SMS messages sent through marketing automation. By clicking Details you will be directed to the Sent SMS overview.

SMS received

The total number of SMS messages received from contacts via opt-out messages (STOP) or SMS messages in the registration of a new contact via the SMS in function, processed in Engage.

Mobile swipes

The total number of sent mobile swipe promotions via SMS.

Address lookups

The total number of unique address lookups made through API and/or automated workflows.

Abandoned cart

The total number of triggered cart events in your Abandoned cart automation workflows. By clicking Details you will get to the Triggered automation overview where you will find a summary of all triggered cart events over a chosen period of time.
