The percentage of the contacts with this store as their current store, who have made a purchase within the last 12 months.
Calculated NPS value for contacts as of today who have the specified store as their current store.
Percentage of contacts with a valid email address, who accept emails and are not on the block list for email addresses.
Valid mobile phone number
Percentage of contacts with a valid phone number, who accept sms and are not on the block list for phone numbers.
Opened email within the last 30 days
Percentage of contacts that connected d opened an email at least once within the last 30 days
Clicked an email within the last 30 days
Percentage of contacts that clicked on an email at least once within the last 30 days
