Number of non-deleted contacts as of today who have the specified store as their current store on the contact card.

 

New contacts this month

Number of contacts recruited this month per store.

 

Made purchases within the last 12 months

The percentage of the contacts with this store as their current store, who have made a purchase within the last 12 months.

 

NPS

Calculated NPS value for contacts as of today who have the specified store as their current store.

 

Valid emails

Percentage of contacts with a valid email address, who accept emails and are not on the block list for email addresses.
