Best customers

This report can be used to follow your customers' engagement levels and potential, as well as compare engagement levels between different segments.

The report calculates which of your contacts have spent the most during a given period. Values for unverified and/or deleted members are not included. If you don't select anything, data for the current year will be displayed.

You can filter the report on contact and article data and set threshold values to scale down the selection. 

The turquoise metrics display the data for all contacts that meet the conditions specified in the filter. The table below these metrics contains your 500 best customers based on these filters and is exportable.

The selection’s part of the total in percentageThe selection group is responsible for X amount of the total
The report only shows contacts that are visible to the logged in administrator. As a local administrator, you can only see contacts that belong to your store(s) as the customer’s preferred store.
