How to show a brand logo in email inboxes

Are you looking to add your company's logo next to your sender's name for an extra level of appeal and professionalism for your email communication?

You can use the Brand Indicators for Message Identification (BIMI) standard to make your logo appear in supported inboxes. Note that many inbox providers (such as Gmail and Apple Mail) require a Verified Mark Certificate (VMC) to display your logo via BIMI.

Visit these resources for more information regarding how to get started:

Using BIMI with providers like Gmail involves trademark verification and purchasing a VMC. A possible alternative for Gmail is to add your logo to Google Workspace, while some other email clients use Gravatar to display the sender image.

Regardless of your choice, it is recommended to include your logo in your header or footer to ensure your brand remains visible in the email itself.
