Before you schedule or send your emails, you might want to check what they'll actually look like to your recipients.
To make sure your email will turn out as expected, you can to send a test message while editing your email.
Here's how to send a test email.
- Click the Send test email button in the top bar.
- Enter up to five recipient email addresses, separated by commas. You can send the test email to up to five addresses at a time, and the email address from your user profile will always be automatically pre-filled.
- Click Send.
If a contact is found with one of the stated email addresses, the email will be personalized with that contact's data.
Otherwise, the message will use the first contact on the list of contacts that you have permission to view.
