It is possible to temporarily pause an automation trigger for a specified time period. This may be at a time when there are many other campaigns ongoing, such as Black Week. The automation will continue as normal, but no new contacts will be added.
How to pause an automation trigger
- Click on the automation in the list of Active automations.
Click on the three dots and select Pause.
The Pause trigger dialogue is displayed. Here you set the time and date when you want the trigger to start and stop being paused.
When you have saved the settings, it will be shown as paused on the Automation page and in the Active automations list.
- To resume manually before the time set, click on Resume on the Automation page.
